A complete spice mix developed for chicken curry. Use it to prepare a rich, aromatic dish with the trusted taste of Radhuni.
For 1 kg chicken: 1 pack Radhuni Chicken Masala, 4 tbsp oil, 2 onions, 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste, salt to taste. Mix the masala with a little water and cook until the oil separates.
Heat oil, fry onions until golden, add chicken and masala paste, cook on medium heat until tender. Finish with a splash of water for gravy as desired.
